This weekend was about celebrating local craft drinks for Mac Ivors Cider as we set up at Belfast Craft Beer Festival. We had a fantastic couple of days at Custom House Square pouring delicious pints of our local cider, and of course tasting our neighbours’ brews too!
The “Belfast Craft Beer Festival” has been a staple of the craft beer scene for the last 4 years and we were delighted to take part again this year. Although Friday didn’t bring the sunshine, Saturday made up for it, and what better way to enjoy than with an ice cold pint of Mac Ivors cider. Our kegs of Traditional Dry and Medium kegs were pouring crisp and fresh, and many people were impressed with our Plum & Ginger Cider too!
Craft Beer Heaven
We were (quite happily) surrounded by some fantastic craft brewers from all over Ireland and beyond. From Kinnegar in Donegal to Mourne Mountains Brewery, O’Haras to Trouble Brewing, our Northern neighbours Hilden and Hillstown Brewing plus a few from further afield we had our choice of delicious beers!! Not forgetting our cider making neighbours Long Meadow and Toby’s Cider!
Of course with great brews comes great food and we had our pick – Wolf & Devour sweet potato fries – absolutely delicious!! Pizzas, burgers and dirty fries too, all good soakage for tasting more yummy brews.
Happy Mac Ivors customers
Greg and Sarah were happily pouring pints and meeting our lovely customers face to face. Festivals like this give us a great opportunity to hear feedback from people about why they drink Mac Ivors Cider!! For anyone who tasted our ciders for the first time too it’s great to be able to point them to their nearest stockists.
For anyone who wants to know where to buy, simply check out our website at www.macivors.com for a full list of stockists!!
