WE love Belfast. There’s loads going on. And from May 25 to May 28, Custom House Square will be stuffed to the gills as people will be travelling by buses and trains to get their hands on a few good pints of well known Irish craft brews.
Sarah and Greg will be taking this one in turns because I think there could be another possible episode of jetlag. The two of them are off to Kentucky but one of them will be coming back early to make sure our lovely cider drinkers will have our three great tasting varieties to enjoy at the annual Belfast Craft Beer Festival.
This festival is Belfast’s largest celebration of Irish craft brewers coming to town and people just love it.
There’ll be lots of Irish artisan food, over 150 beers, Mac Ivors Cider Co’s Traditional dry Cider, Medium Cider and Plum and Ginger Cider and cocktails – many cocktails – some of which will only be available at the festival.
And to top of the atmosphere at this gathering of Irish craft enthusiasts there will be live music, a silent disco (can’t wait for this) and lots of craic and banter.
The event is strictly over 18 for all obvious reasons and if you haven’t got your ticket already then you’d need to hurry up.
The festival takes place from 5pm-11pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2pm-11pm and on Sunday from noon – 6pm.
Bring ID. You don’t want to miss out.
For the last few days we have been running a Facebook Competition so we are looking forward to the winners coming to see us at out stand.
